True Followrs – Refund policy

True Followrs offers an online market platform dedicated for influencers or entrepreneurs and their true followrs, enabling Influencers or entrepreneurs to receive payment directly from what we define as true followrs empowering Influencers. Hence, True Followrs as a platform will not refund on behalf of Influencers or entrepreneurs.

We do our best to process billing for all active memberships on the 1st of every month CET. We do not offer refunds for charges that resulted from active membership on the 1st of the month CET.

What we encourage and strive for is that Influencers in their discretion may take responsibility and decide on whether or not to issue refunds.

Influencers can refund a Followrs 3 most recent payments as long as they have a True Followr balance to cover the refunded amount. If an Influencer is having difficulty issuing a refund, they can reach out to our Support team for assistance.

Influencers can refund charges within 90 days of the processing date. If an Influencer needs to issue a refund older than 90 days, they can do so on True Followrs.

What if an Influencer refuses to issue a refund?

True Followrs may offer refunds at our sole discretion, based on the circumstances.

To be eligible to receive a refund, followrs must contact True Followrs within 10 days of the charge processing on their statement. Followrs will receive notice of whether the refund is denied, or approved and issued. Once a refund is issued, it can take up to 5-7 business days to process.

How do I request a refund?

We have invested a lot of time and effort into our Terms of Use and Refund Policy so as a first, always visit these pages before diving into this.

Hence, when True Followrs process a followrs payment, it is directed to the Influencers e-wallet. For this reason, the first and foremost step is to reach out and get in touch with the relevant Influencer with your refund request.

How do I ask for a refund?

You can request a refund from an Influencer by using the live chat function, where you have direct contact with the Influencer. We recommend including as much information as possible, and at least the following information:

1) the amount of the transaction(s) you are requesting be refunded

2) the date(s) of the original transaction(s), and

3) your reason for requesting a refund.

Influencers are responsible for their content distribution.

What if the Influencer refuses to refund?

Given the earlier described set-up where True Followrs only act by directing the payment to the Influencers e-wallet, the first stop is that you go to the Influencer with your refund request. That said, we may issue refunds at our sole discretion when the circumstances require and entails it. To have your refund request reviewed by True Followrs, you will need to contact us on support@truefollowrs.com within 10 days of the transaction processing date on your statement.
